Sansiri Public Company Ltd. is a prominent residential property developer in Thailand, having completed over 300 projects. Beyond property development, Sansiri's activities encompass real estate brokerage, property and hotel management, and operation of the Habito lifestyle mall. Its extensive portfolio includes well-known condominium brands such as The Line, The Base, HAUS, XT, Baan Siri, and D Condo. In addition, Sansiri develops townhouses under the Siri Place, Town Avenue, Mettown, and Garden Square brands, while its detached homes are sold under the Narasiri, Burasiri, Kanasiri, Setthasiri, and Saransiri lines.

Founded in 1984 by the Chutrakul family as San Samran Holding Company, the company was listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand in 1996. Sansiri's growth accelerated with the launch of its first detached home project in 2001, and the company expanded across Thailand starting in 2012. Notable developments completed in 2018 include The Base Garden-Rama 9, The Line Wongsawan, and The Line Ratchathewi. Post-2019 projects such as Taka HAUS Ekamai 12, Kawa HAUS, Oka HAUS Sukhumvit 36, and KHUN by YOO, among others, further solidified Sansiri’s position in the market.

The company has received numerous accolades, including the 2018 Asia Pacific Property Award for 98 Wireless and the 2017 IAIR Awards for Thailand CEO of the Year and Company of the Year in Luxury Real Estate. Sansiri has also been at the forefront of lifestyle innovation, introducing Smart Move, an electric vehicle ride-sharing service in select developments, and partnering with BCPG to install solar panels at residential properties. As of March 2018, Sansiri had a registered capital of THB 19.25 billion and assets valued at THB 84.3 billion. The company reported a revenue of THB 31.76 billion in 2017, with net profits of THB 2.83 billion, marking an 8.9% increase over 2016. Project presales in 2017 grew 24%, reaching THB 38.6 billion. Its stock trades within the THB 1.5 to 2.5 range.
