Established in 2009, Origin made its debut with the Sense of London condominium project in 2010, which was completed in 2012. The company transitioned into a public limited company in 2014 and began trading on the Stock Exchange of Thailand in 2015. In 2016, through its subsidiary Origin One Company Ltd., Origin partnered with Intercontinental Hotels Group to develop Staybridge Suites hotels across Southeast Asia. Expanding into detached housing in 2017, the company launched the Britannia Srinakarin project.
Origin’s portfolio encompasses a range of residential developments, including condominiums under brands like B-Loft, Kensington, KnightsBridge, Notting Hill, Park, Park Origin, Pause, Sense of London, The Cabana, Tropicana, and Villa Lasalle, as well as the Britannia series of detached homes. In addition, the company owns Holiday Inn & Suites Siracha Laem Chabang, slated to open in 2020.
Over the years, Origin has received numerous accolades, such as the BCI Asia “Top 10 Developer Awards" and multiple wins at the Thailand Property Awards, highlighting its influence in the regional real estate market.
