Noble Development Public Company Limited is a property developer incorporated in Bangkok, Thailand, Its primary business is the development of condominiums, single detached houses and townhouses, and the sale of undeveloped land plots in housing estates. The company also operates related businesses, including residential property rental and service, and property management services. Founded in 1991, company shares were first publicly listed in 1997. The company's first project was Noble Park condominiums, in 1991. The company also operates SERVE Condo Agent, which manages rental of condominium units in its projects and provides one-stop interior design services.

“Noble” is also the company's primary core brand, with variations: Noble 09, Ambience, Around, BE,  House, Lite, Ora, Park, Ploenchit, Recole, RED, Refine, Reflex, Reform, Remix, Reveal, Revent, Revo, Revolve and Solo condominiums; Noble Anawana, Choice, Geo, Home, House, Neo City, Tara and Wana detached homes; Noble Gable combined detached homes and duplexes; Noble Cube and First Home townhouses; Noble Residence and Sathorn land plots for custom house development.

At the end of 2017, Noble Development held THB 22.50 billion in assets. Total revenue was THB 9.73 billion in 2017, a 113 percent increase over THB 4.57 billion in 2016. Net 2017 profit was THB 2.04 billion, representing a profit margin of 21 percent; this was three times greater than THB 682 million in 2016. As of December 31, 2017, unrecognized revenue from completed units not yet transferred totaled approximately THB 12.9 billion. As of October, 2018, company shares traded near the top of its 52-week range of THB 6.25 – 15.10. Earnings per share were THB 4.48 in 2017, and  a dividend of THB 0.17 per share was paid. In June, 2018, TRIS Rating gave Noble Development a rating of BBB / Stable.
