Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven B2B Sales Manager to lead our business development and sales efforts. This role is remote and will involve selling our SaaS solutions to real estate agencies, developers, and property management firms. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in B2B SaaS sales, particularly in the PropTech or real estate sector, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B sales strategy to drive revenue growth, focusing on real estate agencies, developers, and property management firms.
- Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and onboard new clients in the condominium-focused real estate industry, particularly in Thailand and surrounding regions.
- Lead Generation: Collaborate with the marketing team to generate high-quality leads through online channels, networking, and industry events.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in real estate companies, providing them with tailored SaaS solutions that meet their needs.
- Negotiation & Closing Deals: Negotiate contracts and pricing, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements while hitting sales targets and KPIs.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to continually refine the sales approach.
- Sales Reporting: Regularly report on sales activities, client feedback, and revenue performance to the management team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in the PropTech or real estate sector.
- Strong knowledge of the condominium market, particularly in Bangkok, Thailand, is highly desirable.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans that drive business growth.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable working remotely with a high level of self-discipline and motivation.
- Experience using CRM software and other sales tools.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong networking skills and the ability to build relationships with C-level executives.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (Thai) are a plus.
